// 1. WHO WE ARE

VaultMarkets ("we", "us", "the Platform") is a product of Genesis Group, operating at bet.genesisvault.xyz. VaultMarkets provides sports analytics tools, statistical models, and prediction/tip content ("Tools") intended to support better-informed betting decisions. VaultMarkets does not operate as a sportsbook, casino, or gambling operator, and does not process bets or payouts of any kind.

// 2. ELIGIBILITY

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling/majority age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use VaultMarkets.
• You are responsible for confirming that accessing sports betting tools and information is legal in your country or region.
• By using the Platform, you confirm you meet these requirements.

// 3. ACCESS CODES & PAYMENT

• Access to VaultMarkets is granted via a unique access code, valid for the plan duration purchased.
• Codes are currently issued manually via WhatsApp after payment in Nigerian Naira (NGN), Ghanaian Cedi (GHS), or cryptocurrency.
• Access codes are personal to the buyer, non-transferable, and may not be resold, shared, or published. Codes found in shared or public use may be revoked without refund.
• All payments must be confirmed by an admin before a code is issued. We are not responsible for payments sent to the wrong address, wallet, or contact.
• Because access codes are digital and activate immediately on use, all sales are final once a code has been delivered and activated, except where a code fails to work due to a fault on our end — in that case, contact us for a replacement or refund.

// 4. NATURE OF PREDICTIONS & TOOLS

• All predictions, probabilities, coefficients, and tool outputs (including but not limited to Cipher Score, Cipher Hoops, Cipher Tennis, BetSmart, BetTruth, Aviator Signal, and Cipher Daily) are statistical estimates and opinions, not guarantees of outcome.
• Past accuracy of any tool or prediction does not guarantee future results. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable.
• You are solely responsible for any betting decisions and financial outcomes that result from using information provided on the Platform.

// 5. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

VaultMarkets may display links or banners for third-party betting platforms (e.g. BC.Game) or reference third-party odds data. We do not control, endorse without reservation, or take responsibility for the services, terms, security, or outcomes of any third-party platform. Any account, deposit, or wager you place with a third party is governed entirely by that platform's own terms.

// 6. PROHIBITED USE

• Sharing, reselling, or publishing your access code.
• Attempting to bypass, tamper with, or reverse-engineer the access/session system.
• Scraping, copying, or redistributing Platform content or tool outputs for commercial resale.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate revocation of access without refund.

// 7. NO LIABILITY FOR BETTING LOSSES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genesis Group and VaultMarkets are not liable for any financial loss, damages, or harm arising from betting decisions made using information, tools, or predictions provided on the Platform. Gambling involves genuine financial risk regardless of how well-informed the decision is.

// 8. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

We encourage all users to bet responsibly: set a budget, never chase losses, and treat betting as entertainment rather than income. If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, please seek support from a local or national problem-gambling helpline in your country.

// 9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

// 10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sierra Leone, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or gambling-related protections that may apply in your own country of residence.
