This Privacy Policy explains what data VaultMarkets collects, why, and how it's handled. We collect the minimum data needed to run the Platform and never sell your data to third parties.

// 1. WHAT WE COLLECT

We do not collect your name, email, government ID, or banking details directly through the Platform.

// 2. WHAT WE DO NOT DO

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to advertisers or third parties.
We do not use invasive tracking, fingerprinting, or third-party ad networks on VaultMarkets.
We do not require you to create a traditional account with an email/password — access is code-based.

// 3. HOW DATA IS STORED

Access codes and plan data are stored in our backend database (Turso). Session information (your active code, plan, and session expiry) is stored locally in your browser's localStorage and is cleared automatically once your access expires or you log out.

// 4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Platform may display data or links from third-party services, including sports odds providers and affiliate betting platforms (e.g. BC.Game). If you click through to a third-party service, that service's own privacy policy applies to any data you share with them — we do not control or receive that data.

// 5. WHATSAPP COMMUNICATION

Because access codes are currently issued manually via WhatsApp, any messages, payment screenshots, or numbers you share with us over WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy practices in addition to ours. We use this information only to verify payment and issue or support your access code, and we do not use your WhatsApp number for marketing without your consent.

// 6. DATA RETENTION

We retain access code records for as long as needed to support the plan you purchased and for basic bookkeeping. You may request deletion of your WhatsApp contact history and associated code records at any time by contacting us.

// 7. YOUR RIGHTS

You can request a copy of the data we hold about your access code.
You can request we delete your data, subject to any active plan/support obligations.
You can clear your local session at any time by logging out, which removes locally stored session data from your device.

// 8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

VaultMarkets is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

// 9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above.
